This Privacy Policy explains how XAUUSD Trading Mentor (also referred to as “XAUUSD-TM,” “the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the App on Android or iOS. The App provides trading-session information, daily levels, educational guidance, notifications, and optional paid access.
2. Who is responsible for your information?
The App is published by Basel Abu Al Asal, who is responsible for the information-handling practices described in this policy.

3. Information we handle
3.1 Information from regular users
Regular users are not required to create an account or provide their name, email address, phone number, or payment-card details directly to us.
3.2 Push-notification information
If you permit notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging may process a device registration token, platform information, and technical delivery information so that the App can deliver general announcements and daily-level update notifications. A notification token identifies an app installation for messaging purposes and is not used by us to identify you by name.
3.3 Purchase and subscription information
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play. The App may receive product identifiers, purchase status, subscription status, and entitlement information needed to unlock paid content and restore purchases. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number. Apple and Google process payment and transaction data under their own privacy policies.
3.4 Information stored on your device
The App stores limited information locally, such as subscription or content entitlement status and notification-delivery state. This information supports app functionality and helps prevent duplicate notifications. It generally remains on your device until the App data is cleared or the App is uninstalled.
3.5 Administrator information
The App includes a restricted administrator function. Firebase Authentication processes the administrator’s email address, password credentials, authentication tokens, and related security information. This function is not an account system for regular users.
3.6 App content and configuration
The App retrieves daily levels, trading-session information, access settings, external links, and other app configuration from Google Firebase Firestore. Firebase may automatically process limited technical information, such as IP address, device or app identifiers, timestamps, and request information, to operate, secure, and diagnose the service.
4. How we use information
We use information only as reasonably necessary to:
- provide and maintain the App’s features;
- deliver notifications that you have allowed;
- display synchronized daily levels and app configuration;
- process, verify, and restore subscriptions and in-app purchases;
- secure administrator access and prevent unauthorized changes;
- troubleshoot errors, protect the service, and comply with legal obligations.
5. Legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent for optional notifications, performance of a contract to provide purchased features, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the App, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw notification permission through your device settings.
6. When information is shared
Information may be processed by the following service providers:
- Google Firebase, including Cloud Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Messaging, for app configuration, administrator authentication, and notifications;
- Apple, for App Store distribution, StoreKit purchases, subscriptions, and purchase restoration on iOS;
- Google, for Google Play distribution, billing, subscriptions, and purchase restoration on Android.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a lawful business transfer. We do not sell personal information and do not use personal information for third-party targeted advertising.
7. External links
The App may link to third-party services, such as Telegram or a broker’s website. Those services operate independently and have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their privacy or security practices. Review their policies before providing information to them.
8. Data retention
We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the service, maintaining security, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Local app information remains until you clear the App’s data or uninstall it. Notification tokens generally remain usable until they are refreshed, invalidated, or the App is removed. Purchase records are retained by Apple or Google according to their policies and legal requirements.
9. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including authenticated administrator access and platform security controls. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- request access to or correction of personal information;
- request deletion or restriction of certain processing;
- object to certain processing or withdraw consent;
- complain to an applicable data-protection authority.
You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings. Because regular users do not create an account with us, we may hold little or no information that directly identifies you. 11. Children’s privacy
The App is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers in accordance with applicable law.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, our service providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated policy at this URL and revise the effective date above. Material changes may also be communicated in the App or by another appropriate method.
