Help with the App or a purchase
Include as much of the following as you can, so we can help quickly:
- The email address on your IsharaGo account.
- Your device (iPhone or Android) and the app version, shown at the bottom of the Profile tab.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps.
- For a purchase: the level, the date, and the store (App Store or Google Play).
Refunds are decided by Apple or Google under their own policies. We are happy to help if something went wrong with a purchase, but we cannot issue a store refund directly.
Privacy requests
To access, correct, or export your data, or with any privacy question, email us from the address on your account. Our Privacy Policy explains what we handle and why.
Delete your account
You can delete your account in the App, or request deletion by email. See Delete your account for the steps.
