You can permanently delete your IsharaGo account and all of the data linked to it at any time. You can do it inside the App, or by email if you no longer have the App installed.
Option 1: Delete your account in the App
- Open IsharaGo and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open the Profile tab and scroll to the bottom.
- Tap Delete account and read the warning.
- Type DELETE (or حذف) to confirm, then tap Delete account.
- If you signed in with Apple or Google, confirm with Apple or Google once more when asked.
The deletion happens straight away, and the App returns to the sign-in screen.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
Send an email to alasalbasel@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. You do not need to install or open the App. We will verify that the request comes from the account holder and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account and your locked certificate name.
- Learning progress, favorites, and lesson quiz results.
- Level exam attempts and results.
- Issued certificates and their records on our servers.
- Purchased level access and your purchase receipts.
- Learning data stored on the device you delete from.
Before you delete
- Deletion is permanent. Deleted data cannot be recovered, and purchased level access cannot be restored to a deleted account.
- Deleting your account does not refund purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
- IsharaGo does not sell auto-renewing subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel.
- Apple, Google, and our purchase processor RevenueCat keep their own records of the purchases you made, under their own privacy policies.
