1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the IsharaGo mobile application (“the App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Who we are

3. Licence to use the App
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App and its content for your own learning. This licence does not transfer ownership of anything to you.
4. Accounts
You may browse the catalogue as a guest. To watch lessons, save progress, take exams, purchase a level, or receive certificates, you must sign in with Apple or Google. People we invite to test or review the App may instead be given sign-in with an email address and password.
- Accounts are for one person. Do not share your sign-in with others.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- Email and password accounts we create or enable for testing or review are for that purpose only. We may disable email sign-in, or remove a test account, at any time.
- The name you lock for your certificate is set once and cannot be changed afterwards, because it is printed on every certificate you earn. Please enter it carefully.
5. Purchases and access
Please read this section carefully, because it is how access to paid content works.
- Each level is sold separately. Buying a level gives you access to that level's paid lessons and parts, and to its level exam.
- Access lasts for a fixed period that is stated at the time of purchase.
- Access does not renew automatically. Nothing is charged to you again unless you choose to buy the level again.
- When the access period ends, the level's paid parts lock again. You may purchase the level again if you wish.
- Free preview lessons are never affected by a purchase or by its expiry. They remain free.
- Prices are set and displayed by the App Store and Google Play in your local currency, and may change over time.
- Purchases are tied to your IsharaGo account, not to a single device. Signing in on another device restores your access.
6. Refunds
All payments are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds are handled solely by them, under their own policies, and we are not able to issue a store refund directly. If you believe something has gone wrong with a purchase, contact us and we will help you where we can, but the refund decision rests with the store.
7. Content and intellectual property
All lesson videos, quizzes, exams, certificates, text, graphics, and the App itself are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and other laws.
You agree that you will not:
- Record, screen-capture, download, copy, or redistribute lesson videos.
- Resell, sublicense, or publicly perform any part of the content.
- Share, scrape, re-host, or attempt to extend the signed video links the App uses, which are short-lived and issued for your session only.
- Reverse-engineer the App or attempt to bypass its access controls.
8. Assessment integrity
Exam videos are designed to play once, at reduced speed, without replay, rewind, or fast-forward. This is a deliberate assessment rule, not a defect. Attempting to circumvent assessment controls, or to obtain answers outside the App, may result in invalidation of results, revocation of a certificate, or termination of access.
9. Certificates
When you pass a level exam, the App issues a digital certificate recording that you completed that level within IsharaGo.
A certificate issued by IsharaGo is not an accredited, professional, or government-recognised qualification. It does not license or qualify you to work as a sign language interpreter, and it does not certify competence to any external standard.
10. Educational content
IsharaGo teaches Arabic Sign Language for educational purposes. Sign language varies by country, region, and community, and the App is not a substitute for a qualified human interpreter, particularly in medical, legal, financial, or emergency settings. Do not rely on the App where accurate interpretation is critical.
11. Availability
Lesson videos are streamed from our servers, so the App requires an internet connection and does not work offline. We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or remove content, features, or levels over time, and we may suspend the service for maintenance.
12. Privacy, usage data, and crash reports
Our Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and why. To keep the App working and to improve it, release versions of the App send usage data through Firebase Analytics and crash reports through Firebase Crashlytics. This data is used only to understand how the App is used and to fix problems, never for advertising. You can delete your account at any time, as described on our Delete your account page.
13. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to interfere with or overload our systems, or to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
14. Disclaimers and liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects consumer rights you have under the law of your country.
15. Termination, changes, governing law, and contact
You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from Profile → Delete account, or by emailing us as described on our Delete your account page. Deletion is permanent, and purchased level access cannot be restored to a deleted account. Because level purchases never auto-renew, there is no subscription to cancel. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms.
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman, Jordan shall have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
